They said they were with the California Department of Investigation and were getting information on a payday advance.

Several rings. no answer

Demanding I call immediately. have called family members. said I have been named in affidavid (sp?). Said he was from State Financial Crimes Investigation. He told me to fax him my bank statement. Would settle out of court. Otherwise would cost me thousands. Is same man (only different name) that has called many times before. Asked him to stop and he refused. Became beligerant. I asked for legal papers to be sent and if I got them and they were legitimate I would send them a money order. He would not confirm he would mail them. Instead was insisting I fax him my bank account statement immediately before 5 pm. Calls stopped for a short while then started up again. Now he's using another name "officer" Josh Watson...lol, He is definetely foreign.

This is the same number that called in and was very rude then and was very rude today.

Called my cell phone, I did not answer. I am on the do not call list, so I don't know why they are bothering me.

Got a card saying that they have been trying to reach me. they have a housewarming gift for us. no one answered the phone

A lady calls and asks for my wife. I ask "who's calling" many times and she always wants to speak to my wife. I advise we're on the no cal registry and she advised she can't dispense the call (to take it off of the list) without actually talking to my wife. I then say no thank you and she hangs up.

called back tha number and got no reply. told the lady that her company doesnt do the debt for this company i had the debt. key word had. and she flipped and started screaming. called again a hour later maybe to talk to someone different and got nothing. no ring nothing. does anyone no anything about this?Ive been trying to get info on it and all im getting that its a scam? does anyone know more? they told me they were Seneca Financial Group, what did they say to anyone else?

This person or company say they are the "US LAW OFFICES - DEPT OF JUSTICE " has called me repeatedly also threatening me with the same pay day loan crap. He says I will have a criminal case against me for internet and loan fraud if I do not pay now and that he will have the police come search my house and arrest me. They have all of my information too, my full name - social sec # - address.. I don't know what to do or what my options are!
